Frank Saverio (pictured here as King of the North during a Game of Thrones tour in Ireland in 2019) grew up reading the likes of Piers Anthony, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Stephen R. Donaldson. Although his reading (and writing) habits ranged far and wide, he never lost that love for fantasy and science fiction.
After writing (and continuing to write) dozens of novels in different genres (see below!), Frank has returned to the genre he loved first to write Seasons of Wither, a fantasy series that has been simmering in his mind for years. Along the way, science fiction stories that have been hounding him have found their way onto the page as well.
Frank lives in central Oregon with his wife, Kristi. Three magical beasts once resided with them – Richie and Wiley, two loyal and loving dogs, and Pasta, a cat loyal only to himself. Richie and Pasta remain, while Wiley has since passed into another realm.
