“To Find a Peach” by Frank Saverio
This anthology focuses on family. My contribution features Cail, steward to the royal family, as a man trying to best serve the crown in the midst of a terrible plague.
This story will also serve as the basis for first chapter of A Plague Summer, the first book in the Seasons of Wither series.
My short story “The Second Degree” won honorable mention at the 2024 PSWA Awards.
“The Second Degree” will appear in an anthology called To Service, Protect, and Write, Vol 2 in 2025
The story serves as a prequel to a science fiction/crime fiction series featuring the same characters, in which a K9 team with special powers works with police to solve crimes in the near future.
